Radhika Yadav

Radhika is an India-qualified lawyer with over seven years of professional experience. Before joining the MIDS, she was practising in various courts and tribunals in New Delhi. Radhika is also an Advocate-on-Record at the Indian Supreme Court. She has represented clients in complex commercial litigation relating to shareholder disputes, insolvency law, securities law, intellectual property law and in arbitrations. 

Before her foray into dispute resolution, Radhika was an associate in the corporate and insolvency practices of two premier Indian law firms – Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners.

Radhika completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University as a gold medallist. She was Chief-Editor of the Business Law Review and completed an exchange semester at the Sciences Po, Paris as a recipient of the Charpak Scholarship.
