Professor Catherine Rogers

Professor of international arbitration and professional ethics at Bocconi University  

Professor Catherine Rogers is a Full Professor of Law at Bocconi University. Professor Rogers' teaching and scholarship focuses on the intersection of professional regulation and market dynamics in international arbitration. She writes and teaches on these subjects around the world.

Among other appointments, Catherine is a Reporter for the American Law Institute's Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration, a member of the Academic Forum for Working Group III, and a co-chair of the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration.

Professor Rogers is also the founder and CEO of Arbitrator Intelligence, a legal tech startup that provides unique, quantifiable and contextualized data analytics about international arbitrators.
