Nitsa Siradze is a Georgian lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Free University of Tbilisi. Her bachelor's thesis was titled ""Public Policy as a Factor Hindering the Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards"".
Before pursuing the MIDS, Nitsa gained professional experience as a junior lawyer at the Bank of Georgia, where she was involved in non-financial banking transactions. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal at BLC Law Office and MG Law, both in Tbilisi, building a strong foundation in legal practice. She is currently a team member of Diversity and Inclusion team of the Moot Alumni Association (MAA).
Nitsa is also a successful participant of international moot court competitions. She competed in the 29th Vis Moot and later coached Free University of Tbilisi’s team for the 31st edition. Additionally, she has participated in the ICC Cross-Examination Moot and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. In the latter, she was recognized as the best advocate of the Georgian national rounds and ranked among the top oralists of the international rounds in 2023.
