Mary-Elisabeth Chong

Mary-Elisabeth is Deputy Senior State Counsel at the Attorney-General’s Chambers in Singapore, where she advises on all matters of public international law, including the law of the sea, international environmental law, international security law and international dispute settlement. She holds a Master in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and Geneva University and a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has completed a fellowship with the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, and doctoral fellowship at the World Trade Organisation.
