Marta Camós Pujol is a Spanish-qualified lawyer with over two years of experience in large-scale commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration. She holds a dual degree in Law (LL.B) and Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain). During her studies, she spent a year at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Certificate in Transnational Law (2020) and participated in the 13th edition of MOOT Madrid (2021).
Before joining the MIDS program, Marta was a litigation and arbitration associate at Cuatrecasas, where she was involved in large-scale disputes before Spanish courts and in commercial arbitrations governed by institutions such as the ICC, AAA, and TAB.
Her primary professional interests lie in international dispute resolution, with a focus on international commercial arbitration, sports arbitration, large-scale litigation and antitrust private enforcement. Beyond her legal pursuits, Marta is passionate about running, psychology, and language learning. She is fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of French.
