Kseniia is a Russian-qualified lawyer with over seven years of experience in dispute resolution. Before joining the MIDS, she worked as an associate at Chilikov Arbitration, a Russian law firm specialising in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. In this role, Kseniia has represented clients in arbitral proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, LMAA and UNCITRAL Rules. Her experience spans a range of sectors, with a particular focus on disputes in the energy and commodities industries.
Previously, Kseniia worked at a leading Russian law firm, where she was involved in high-profile interstate disputes. As part of the firm's international litigation team, Kseniia provided comprehensive legal support and advised the state in proceedings before the International Court of Justice and an arbitral tribunal constituted under Annex VII of the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Kseniia earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, graduating first in her class. During her studies, Kseniia represented Higher School of Economics at the Global Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where her team received the award for the Best Applicant Memorial. Kseniia has also participated and coached teams for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court and RAA Online Arbitration Moot.
