Dr. Kendra Magraw specializes in international dispute settlement (particularly sports, commercial and investment arbitration), as well as issues related to public international law, international economic law, international investment law, international sports law and international administrative law. She has worked in varying capacities in private practice, international organizations and dispute settlement bodies, including at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). She is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Dr. Magraw studied law at the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, and completed a Masters in Sports Law in ISDE in Madrid as well as a Masters and a Doctorate in International Law at IHEID in Geneva.
