Dr Dolores Bentolila

With over a decade of experience in top-tier international law firms, including White & Case and Winston & Strawn, Dr. Dolores Bentolila brings extensive expertise in international arbitration, along with a strong global network in the field. Dr. Bentolila is a lecturer in international investment law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and has published widely on topics related to international arbitration. She also speaks regularly at international conferences. Her doctoral thesis, Arbitrators as Lawmakers, received an academic award and was published by Kluwer Law International. She currently maintains an independent practice as arbitrator, counsel, and tribunal secretary in international arbitration.
