Daniela has a distinguished expertise in legal advisory work across a diverse spectrum of legal fields. Her experience spans major residential projects and infrastructure projects, including the construction and rehabilitation of irrigation systems in Bulgaria. She provides legal support in negotiation and implementation of standard-form contracts issued by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). She has also contributed as part of the legal team responsible for consulting, negotiating, and executing mezzanine investments in several successful investment projects conducted in Bulgaria carried out under Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Her expertise not only encompasses legal advisory but also extends to litigating before Bulgarian civil and administrative courts, as well as the Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she handles cases of substantial material value characterized by both factual complexity and legal intricacy.
