Bryan is an India-qualified lawyer with over five years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar investigations, and regulatory advisory.
Prior to joining MIDS, Bryan was a Senior Associate with the dispute resolution team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., a leading GAR100 full-service law firm and the exclusive Lex-Mundi member for India.
At Amarchand, Bryan advised clients from various countries and jurisdictions such as the US, the UK, UAE and South Korea on a range of commercial disputes and arbitrations. He represented clients in arbitrations and related court proceedings, including the appointment of arbitral tribunals, securing urgent interim reliefs and enforcement of awards.
In addition to arbitration, Bryan advised clients in criminal disputes, white-collar investigations, insolvency proceedings, and constitutional matters. He regularly appeared and argued cases before various courts and tribunals in India, including the High Court of Bombay and National Company Law Tribunals.
Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in law from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai. During law school, he interned with several law firms and senior advocates; where he assisted Senior Advocate Mr. Shyam Divan in one of India’s landmark “Right to Privacy” case, which established the right to privacy as a fundamental right of Indian citizens.
