Apeksha Dhanvijay

Apeksha is an India-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the field of arbitration, commercial and insolvency litigation. She graduated from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in law (B.A. LL.B. (Hons.).

Prior to joining the MIDS, Apeksha worked at Khaitan and Co, a premier law firm in India, and spent two years at P&A Law Offices, a boutique law firm focusing on international arbitration. Over the past five years, she has represented and advised clients across jurisdictions in ad-hoc arbitrations as well as in related enforcement and challenge litigation proceedings. She also has extensive experience in handling complex commercial matters pertaining to contractual disputes and insolvency and bankruptcy matters before Indian courts. 

Apeksha is also an accredited civil/commercial mediator from ADR-ODR International, London recognized by the UK Mediation Council and certified by International Mediation Institute.
