Anton Komogorov

Anton is a Russian qualified lawyer admitted to the Russian Bar. He is an associate with the Dispute Resolution Practice at the Russian law firm Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners in Moscow.

Anton has more than 5 years of experience in dispute resolution of high-value and complex disputes in various sectors, such as construction, joint ventures, oil and gas. He has participated in international commercial litigations and arbitrations, including under ICC, LCIA, SCC and SIAC rules. Apart from international disputes, Anton is experienced in handling Russian domestic litigation.

Further, he has authored a number of publications focusing on international arbitration, corporate disputes and Russian domestic litigation. He has also been a member of a working group at the Russian Arbitration Association for 3 years. Also, Anton was included in the international ranking “The Best Lawyers” in the field of Insolvency and Reorganization Law. 

Anton obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with honours) (4 years-program) from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow in 2020 and he completed a Master’s program in Corporate Law (2 years-program) at the same university in 2022. During his academic journey, Anton participated in a Russian moot court, where he received the “Best Individual Oralist” award.

Anton is fluent in Russian and English and has a limited proficiency in German.
