Ana Leticia Paranhos Timponi is a licensed attorney qualified to practice law in both Brazil and Mexico. She graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and obtained a diploma in private international law from the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.
Ana has worked for respected law firms in Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, including the renamed tier-one firm, Holland & Knight. She has also served as in-house counsel for a French multinational company in the renewable energy sector.
Ana specializes in cross-border disputes and transactions, with a focus on construction, energy, and international purchase and sale contracts. She has participated in numerous complex domestic and international arbitration cases, acting both as a party representative and assisting arbitrators.
Prior to joining MIDS, Ana served as the sole arbitrator in a construction arbitration case seated in Mexico City.
