Alimaa Erdenebat

Alimaa is a Mongolia and New York qualified lawyer. As an arbitrator at the Mongolian International Arbitration Center, she has handled complex commercial disputes involving both local and international entities. She also led the Research Center at the Mongolian Bar Association, contributing to the development and acceleration of ADR, particularly arbitration and mediation in Mongolia.

She has worked at international law firms, including Hogan Lovells and Lehman, Lee & Xu, where she advised on numerous cross-border transactions, particularly in the mining and banking sectors. She provided strategic legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions involving the minerals sector.

Alimaa has extensive experience advising state-owned entities and multinational corporations on legal matters related to mining projects and IPOs. Additionally, she served as an advisor to a Member of Parliament in Mongolia, providing legal advice on legislative matters.
