Adina graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law from University College London (UCL) in 2023. During her studies, she held various positions of responsibility within different publications and organising committees for conferences, where she fostered a strong understanding of commercial matters.
Prior to joining the MIDS, Adina interned at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. There, she gained a valuable insight into disputes in the region. She further honed her research skills during an internship at the GAR100 firm Leaua Damcali Deaconu Paunescu - LDDP in Bucharest, Romania. During this role, she developed a practical understanding of legal strategies.
Following this, Adina worked at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), where she gained a broad overview of the institution’s activity. She followed the progress of complex cases, and contributed to the preparation of key reports.
Adina’s primary professional focus is on commercial disputes. Notably, she is passionate about those pertaining to art and cultural property.
