Prior to joining the MINT programmes, Diego had spent five years as Executive Director of the Master of Laws in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS). He had also previously worked as a communications adviser for CEOs and Members of Parliament in the Basque Country, and he has developed an expertise in coaching students in career services at the universities of Deusto (Bilbao and San Sebastian), Barcelona, Geneva, the Graduate institute, and the University of West England (Bristol).
